        Rented with Capital Properties for 2 years. The property was clean when I moved in, I was happy with the communications I had with the staff in the office, maintenance issues were sorted promptly and I did not have any issues at the end of the tenancy. Capital Properties have been better than other letting agencies I have used previously.

        Rented a flat at Cathays Terrace for a year from Capital Properties, had no problems whatsoever! Good communication, all issues were solved timely, also got the deposit back. Highly recommend!

        Will find any reason not to give you bond back and will over charge for everything for example 10 per rubbish bag left so if you leave 5 rubbish bags outside they will charge you 50, absolute joke of an agency, word to the wise go somewhere else and save yourself money and stress

        Tried to rip us off when giving our deposit back. One of the girls that did the inventory when we were leaving said we were threatening to her when we were nothing of the sort. Stay away from these cowboys.
