        I would just like to thank Optical Express for all their care, i am absolutely thrilled with the results. I would certainly recommend to anyone considering lens replacement surgery. Thankyou to optometrists , Lubna, Shireen Jenkins, and Nancie. Surgeons Mr Alex George and. Mr Sudheer Dhamreddy. Also not forgetting Glodiola and all the rest of the team.

        Staff are absolutely fantastic, extremely polite and patient. The surgery whilst daunting was smooth and made bearable by having everything explained as it was happening, the reassurance was just right without being overwhelming. Would highly recommend the Windsor Place Branch.

        Be very careful using this company and read the very small t&cs what they won't highlight is the fact that a high percentage of people will require follow up treatment, also they will not fully explain the ludicrous cost of any of these follow up treatments. I had lense replacement surgery I8 months ago. Following the surgery I had some issues with my vision which I mentioned at all my follow up appointments. The various opticians I seen all assured me this would improve over time, and that my vision was better than 20/20. 18 months on and I am back with the same poor vision I had prior to paying over 6000 to this company. Due to their non existent customer service and extortionate so called after care, they now want me to pay another 600+ to make a correction to one eye, what they expect me to do with the other eye I don't know! This does not include the 100 they want just to see me, prior to any corrective procedure. I have now been dumped on the NHS to pick up the treatment, as if they haven't got enough on their plates! If anyone would like more information prior to spending their hard earned money with this company, please shout and I will be happy to give more to share my experience.
