Obviously when looking for a new accommodation, it can be quite daunting. Fortunately for me I came across a lovely property listed with Belvoir and one of the agents named Rhys made everything simple and easy for me. I have to say he has been nothing, but first class and i recommend the agency to all.

Rhys Vaughan has been so helpful throughout at this stressful time. He is very professional friendly and always answered and returned my phone calls. Not a straight forward let but rhys went above and beyond to help me. I am delighted to have my own place and that's thanks to rhys. I would highly recommend him.

Probably great if you're a Landlord as I expect they're cheap due to not fulfilling any of their obligations. When we complained about them they evicted us with less than 2 weeks notice. Turned our lives upside down. If Julie has no interest in meeting her obligations as a letting agent she should seek employment elsewhere. We caught her lying over and over again.
