        Dont seem to answer the phone when online it clearly states they are open. If they dont assist me as to where my order is then Ill be going down there to take what I want out the shop at the cost of my order.

        They don't issue refunds for goods never received, and poor communication. Will be contacting trading standards with a view to getting my money back.
