        Didnt have a good experience with express test at all. Everything was shocking from A to Z. Really bad customer service over the phone, very rude and finally when he couldnt help anymore he just hang up the call on me. SHOCKING

        Went here for a fit to fly lateral flow. Quick and easy service. Only there a few minutes and they email the results. I showed up early for my slot but it wasnt a problem

        We got a lateral test here on a bank holiday after Christmas and all the staff were really friendly and put us at ease. The test itself was performed quickly and gently, after a short car queue. Results were in my inbox just over half hour later.
