Was met by Carys who went above and beyond for me when it came to buying my new underwear. Would recommend this shop where Carys works as she is more than happy to help and explain every issue you have when it comes to fitting and measurements. Thank you Carys top job done. .

Such a lovely space. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Always ready to help and really genuine. The manager Carys is wonderful . A very accepting, accessible , aware space that welcomes everyone

This was my first time going into an Ann Summers Shop, I have been in 1 before but it was more in and out as this isn't a shop I am comfortable being in. So we went to the one in cardiff as the one in swansea tried to embarrass my husband where the woman was so rude and not discreet at all!. We arrived at the shop and was met with a young girl whose name is ROSIE! She is very bubbly, kind and eager to help without being over the top! Nothing was too much trouble for her as I lack the confidence in this department she made me feel comfortable, she spent time showing us items and explaining them also which was the best ones, we spoke to her for about 1hr 20mins and at no point did I feel like i'd over stayed my welcome or was becoming a nuisance. Rosie took my confidence of going into Ann Summers from around 0% to 100% within 30 mins. Me and my husband travelled 90 miles to this store and will do it again because of Rosie. Rosie is now the benchmark of what i expect from staff in Ann Summers going forward

Rosie! Rosie! Rosie! After a really negative and embarrassing experience with the staff at the Swansea store, my wife and I went to Cardiff. We walked in and was met by Rosie in the Adult Toy section. From the beginning of introductions to end point of sale at the checkout this girl carried herself in a way that genuinely makes me believe she should be some type of leader in how to treat customers. I assumed she was around 25 years of age with a very young looking face due to the way she carried herself, but she was much younger in reality. She also managed to get us to spend 200 when we had no intentions of doing so and she did this without a single hint of pressure or sales pitches. She just simply did her job so well we felt open and ready to spend money there. My wife and I travelled 90 miles to this store and we will be doing it again just to deal with Rosie. An absolute credit to the Ann Summers brand.
