        I worked for Firstsource for a month I met lovely people that were in training with me I'm not going to lie we had the worst trainers in the history of trainers the training flew by when we got to the call room we had help on the first day that was fine but then the next day we didn't get any help at all. When we were on the phone to people and if we were stuck we would ask for help but when we did ask for help the trainers that were training us turned around and said "Do it yourself" now I thought that was quite rude they also said "your not allowed to go on your phone in the call room but one of the trainers were on her phone. There was this one time where they saw me struggling I was stressing because I didn't know what I was doing. We all didn't know the system very well and I'm a fast learner I left then but then the next day I had a phone call from one of the managers saying why I left. So I said they left us to struggling and said do it yourself espesially one someone has dyslexia.My advice is not to work here but thats up to you. Also they moved to PontyPridd
