Julia has given outstanding customer service, advising on choice of fire/surround, giving clear dates and information, and providing superb after-installation follow up to ensure everything worked for us. The installation was very efficient and to a perfect standard. We are delighted with the new fire and glad we chose Premier Fireplaces.
