Tried to park here for a quick appointment at the GP (literally 5 mins to get a repeat prescription!) but needed to pay for an hour just in case. However one machine was not working and the other wouldnt accept payment. By the time Id faffed about trying to get it to work, and then rang their customer service department (who were unable to help) Id passed the 10 minutes grace period when I left to park elsewhere. Emailed customer service and the reply was wait for the fine and then appeal!! So stressful! Would love to say Id avoid in future but its the only car park convenient for the GP that doesnt need coins!

Great carpark, plenty of spaces at 11.15 weds.Gas rd carpark queueing for no spaces! Machines worked, told you to keep ticket, but no need to display, but no tickets dispensed. If they are not needed, message should be changed as everyone confused, thinking that the machine was broken.

Expensive. Plus I was parked up for a while waiting, the number of people having issues with the ticket machine was crazy! It did seem more complicated than it needed to be, especially for people who struggle with technology.
