I went in to TUI with my friends hoping to book a holiday. We had Nicola who was very friendly and understood everything we asked for. In under an hour we had booked our holiday to Greece. She had plenty of knowledge on the area and supplied us with great things to do aswell! 10/10

Booked a Royal Caribbean cruise at TUI Cardiff Superstore, with a prior 2 days hotel in Puerto Rico. What an amazing service I have received from Nicola! She patiently gave us and allowed us to think/consider the so many options, prices, room details, searched for us for travel insurance, ordered dollars for us, been in contact with us checking that everything is as we required. We had a perfect holiday, everything went smooth because Nicola did take care of everything indeed! Extremely polite, knowledgeable, friendly, listened to what we wanted and our needs. This tui is the best in Cardiff , the service and professionalism is at its highest here everyone goes above and beyond to help you find the best holidays and support you with everything and making sure your fully happy with what your paying for. Kelsea is 110% the best worker in this branch as shes very confident, professional, and shes amazing at her job. Shes a hard worker and is such a good listener!!
