        Staff dont care about the well-being and safety of students. Had a broken shower, fire alarm and heating for three months, reported to the staff on several occasions and they didnt fix the problems, claiming there was nothing wrong. Maintenance staff extremely rude too. Beds super uncomfortable. One of the head of Talybont residences doesnt have a clue what shes doing and treats all students like dirt on the bottom of their foot.
