We have tried for many years to access the portal. They didn't seem to understand this and their reply was always...well we can. So to complete accreditation we had to pay for the assisted package. This year, due to the ongoing issue, they gave us a new ID - it didn't work and we still cannot access the portal. We have now had to pay our safety consultants to complete accreditation for us - as they can access the portal. As we have been unable to complete accreditation for 2 months and as we have had no assistance whatsoever, we asked for a refund of the 'assisted. We are still awaiting a reply.

Alcumus have taken a real dive in terms of service they provide. They clearly don't value small business and I'd recommend all small businesses avoid at all costs. I hold 5 accreditations across 2 businesses and have recently found them to be prejudicial to my businesses having deregister one due to lack of surveillance caused in most part to their inability to provide an auditor. A solution had been found to cover while we migrated to another provider, which they promptly renaged on while we were in the process of booking audit dates that all parties involved could make. This came as a blindside and with no warning. On my other business they gave me 10 days warning of suspending my account due to a minor non conformance which was stated on the audit form that the surveyor would check at the next audit. They actually sent the suspension letter while I was away and then retracted after I showed them that their own surveyor didn't want to see this until the next audit. I've been with Alcumus for a number of years now going back to when they were previously Isoqar. I would not recommend them in their current form. I'd have been happy to years ago. I've heard a number of stories of them deregistering other businesses due to no longer supporting the accreditations held by clients. This is hugely prejudicial to any business so I'd consider this point seriously if you were to consider Alcumus.
