What is the point of insurance if you have to wait months to get a replacement for your laptop?

Okay, so I accidently broke my laptop screen and HAAC Ltd was my insurers chosen repair service. I'm in my final year of uni and on my crucial last 3 months. The screen that was need for my laptop was a specialised screen. I was disgruntled because it was taking a while for the screen to arrive, but that wasn't any fault of HAAC. I just want to thank HAAC for keeping me updated, and after a month finally got my laptop back to me. The staff were very attentive and did put up with my annoying/annoyed phone calls in which they didn't deserve. It was picked up and delivered with full updates. Thanks once again.

HAAC were appointed to carry out an insurance repair on my sons laptop before Christmas. Between Covid, Brexit and a Christmas break it took a bit longer than expected for the parts to arrive. Really friendly service whenever I called for an update. Thanks
