Credas

The app crashes and simply does not work. Have tried on an iOS and Android device and the same thing happens. I can't even get to the part to upload documents without a crash. Frustrating! Edit: Upon working with the Credas support team I was able to solve my issues (foreign IP needed to be added manually by the team).

Absolutely hopeless experience. Estate agents want me to upload id documents. It is impossible despite downloading the ios app. Rubbish.

Nothing good to say about Credas, the app took ages to download then part way through inputting information it crashed and stopped working. Looked at getting it on my laptop you have to download more apps to make it work. Checking with the agent the information was received but not suitable no contact from Credas. Unable to retry one time only invitation. Now have a 20 mile round trip to get my ID verifyed alot of time and money wasted. Credas biggest waste of time ever should invoice you for compensation.
