        I have been a resident at The Fitzalan, Cardiff for five months and would recommend this place to everyone! The location is fantastic as its situated a few minutes walk from the city centre, there are plenty of on-site facilities, and the place is always immaculate. The thing that stands out the most is the staff, who go above and beyond to make the residents comfortable. Every question and concern has been addressed immediately by the fabulous management team, Alex and Hayley. Gabrielle, the new manager, is very friendly and eager to help. A special thanks to Hayley, Maria and Sayyed to making this place feel like a home to me.

        The great benefit of The Fitzalan are the staff; delightful, helpful, all round stars. The facilities stand out, with plenty of space to socialise, study, and play games. As an added bonus, it is so close to the centre. Would recommend to anyone.
