Connected Counselling Cardiff

Aileen has been such a lovely therapist to have and she has helped me so much since I started having sessions in 2019. I always felt very at ease and comfortable in sessions and listened to. I had tried several counsellors before and none of them were as trusting, empowering and validating as Aileen. Even during Covid we continued our sessions virtually which were every bit as helpful as the face-to-face sessions pre covid.

The counselling provided was really helpful and my life has improved since. I felt low before my counselling now I am more happy and hopeful. I have also become more confident and calm.

Aileen is an great cousellor and adopts a real human approach to dealing with people. She made me feel very relaxed straight away and I instantly felt I was sat with someone I could talk to. She asked questions to make me feel comfortable, instead of staying quiet waiting for me to talk. She has really helped me control things that I thought were out of my control. Such a lovely person.
