Me and my mum visited the counter to look for makeup for her wedding and were served by Rhys. He was so helpful and kind and did my mums whole face makeup going through each step for her as she doesnt know a huge amount about the products. He was lovely and didnt put any pressure on to buy anything but we ended up buying a few of the products he used and really loves them!

I wouldnt bother trying to ask for help here I was here the other day and was ignored by the 2 ladies working at the counter. One with ginger hair was working with a girl called Anais neither of them acknowledged me and then whilst I was patiently waiting to ask about a product, someone was approached by one of them before me despite arriving them after me. When I did ask about the product, the lady with ginger hair working was extremely unhelpful and it was almost like it was a bother that I had a query regarding a product. She made me feel stupid and had no care for me mentioning how I felt ignored. It was as if it was too much for her to guide me with what I was looking for and that I was being a pain for asking. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer the way I was treated here. She spoke to me in a rude manner, totally unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend going here unless you want to be treated poorly. Terrible customer service.

Really disappointed with the service I received today. Was super excited to visit the counter and travelled from Swansea. I had made an online purchase of foundation providing the shade of my current foundation as a comparison. The shade that arrived was far to light so wanted some advice from somebody in person before I exchanged. The counter looked busy with lots of people looking though the girl working was not making any effort with anybody. I asked if she could help, I explained my situation I thought I was maybe closer to a 6medium, she immediately disagreed though refused to put any makeup on my face, stated I could not remove my mask and proceeded to squirt 3 shades onto the back of my hand. As I couldn't take my mask of this was completely pointless, I then asked if maybe I could have a sample she stated that samples were not given out instore. Felt deflated leaving the store, given 1 star as the counter is beautiful just a shame about the staff.

I absolutely love the Charlotte tilbury brand . I always go to the store in John Lewis in Cardiff going back nearly two years ago I give this review a 1 star because at the time the team at Charlotte tilbury there was three girls working at the time two not bothering with the customers and one lady was running around trying to see to everyone , while the two other workers were playing on their phones talking amongst them selves , well I reported them to the head office as felt sorry for the lady in question , but two years on what a turn around the team they have on the Charlotte tilbury isle are fantastic they are helpful they talk you through everything. And the time they spend with you talking you through each product I cant highly recommend enough , there is however one team member who stands out above the others and what a lovely chap he is , hes very good he really knows his products and talks through everything with you his name is Rhys , what a delightful young man he is and nothing is too much trouble for him .. as you can see my high score already does the talking .. excellent service
