I would highly recommend Gemma. She has been a great help for my 10 year old son. She has helped my son to understand his feelings / anxiety and has helped him and me as a parent to cope with a variety of situations which we had found challenging to manage. It has been extremely helpful to put a little distance between parent and child in trying to deal with feelings/behaviour. This has alll been achieved in a non judgemental and supportive way,. It has significantly helped my son to feel in control and have the confidence to deal with situations he would have previously found challenging. It has also helped me to understand how I can best support my son.

Gemma has been my counsellor for the last 4 years and without a doubt she has transformed my way of thinking and therefore my life.
