took truck down for tracking as vehicle was pulling badly left after another garage done it 3 times!!!! well what can I say, thankyou very much to Darren in A & A the vehicle is now driving straight and I've noticed its better on fuel. highly recommend will 100% use again.

Absolutely shocking service. Rang a week ago to book my car in for some new break pads. Spoke to someone who listed all the break pads he could order in. Turned up at the garage at my appointment time to be told that they haven't been able to get the pads! I've had no phone call to state any of this I also had no apology when arriving just excuses! Very poor customer service.

Was recommended by a friend to there and get a simple puncture repaired. Looks and feels professionally run from the outside but far from it ! Walked into reception and was seen in to by a mechanic. Made him aware of the issue and the first question i asked him was how long it would take as i had to get back to my business. He looked at his watch, said it was 12noon and informed me that it would be no longer than 12.30. I reconfirmed with him and he nodded. I then decided to wait outside...and wait...and wait. Could see some cars on the ramp, some in the garage being fixed but no sign of my turn. So i enquired inside at 12.40 and they looked confused, hunted for my job card and said it would not be long. Come 1 pm, i asked again and they checked with the mechanics and said i would be next. Checked again at 1.20pm and was told they only had 1 fitter who was busy as all the others were on their dinner break and so were unable to help or expedite. Showed my frustration that they should have managed my expectations at the very beginning by being honest and upfront and then it would be my call to wait or go elsewhere. After 1.5 hours wasting my time, i ended up going somewhere else and the puncture was fixed in 5 minutes. A complete bunch of hopeless managers ! Never again for sure
