Phoned to ask for some information and the lady that answered on Saturday afternoon was huffing and puffing when I was asking questions as if I was getting in her way. Very unhelpful and sadly due to this I will be buying elsewhere which is a shame as I always support local businesses.

Provape are a fantastic friendly family business that actually really care about their customers. During covid they totally went out of their way to make sure we didnt go without our juice! They always have time to chat and are in a great location. I couldnt recommend them more!

Been going here for years. Excellent place for all vape needs staff know what they're talking about. Awsome selection of juices, coils, starter kits to hi end mods.

Been using for years but recently bought a vape (aspire light) about 6 weeks ago. Just stopped working and flashing purple so went back to shop hoping they would repair or exchange. First the woman behind counter ( she claimed to be the owner but as a business owner I myself ,wouldn't have dealt with my customers the way she did) said that the section that you screw the chamber into was out of shape so I must have dropped it which I haven't. She then continued to try and blame the problem on myself. So I asked for her to get another one to compare which she did, exactly the same shape yet no acknowledgement that she was wrong for blaming me. Then we tried my chamber on the new one and it worked fine. Then she said it might be my chamber but as I pointed out it works on the new one so obviously is the vape not the chamber, she then back tracked and said I still think it's been damaged by myself so to fetch it back for her daughter to look at it the following day and as I live in Mountain ash it was a bit of a trip to go back especially with the price of fuel nowadays. I've gone to a different shop now and bought a new one, they looked at it and said clearly hadn't been dropped still looked like new, I only use it in the car.so they've lost a customer for life I can get my vape juice cheaper online but preferred to help small businesses but if this is the way they treat us the customers I will go elsewhere.

Popped in young man was very friendly and clearly knew his trade going back today to purchase a vape . Thanks for your help
