Cardiff launderette &dry cleaning

Launderette and service wash / dry available, small service wash (15), large service wash 20. Machines are 7 / 10, dryer around 40mins for 5. Seham was the lovely attendant when we went in. Great launderette

My washing machine blew up. They open earlier than other laundrettes in cardiff. Clean and pristine place. People who run it are super lovely and were able to give me same day wash dry and fold service. Machine had burnt out and one load of my laundry smelt really bad. They were happy to use my laundry detergent. Everything smells amazing and is bone dry and was neatly folded and put in lovely bags. They also do dry cleaning and key cutting! Highly recommend this establishment. Very professional. Will definitely use them again.

The Staff go above and beyond to help. I used the self service tumble dryer and the lovely lady unloaded my washing and brought my basket out to me as my son was sleeping in the car

Please do not use. Wedding dress cleaning service used. I was not informed on collection of my dress that they had burned the mesh material at the forefront of my dress completely away during cleaning. Instead I was left to take the dress home and find out for myself. I was horrified and obviously upset. They attempted to repair it, I tried to collect the dress on 3 occasions during the course of the day. The poor attempt at repair has left the dress completely butchered. Incorrect mesh colour used, gaping - therefore the fit is now effect even worse the mesh has been stitched (with the incorrect colour stitch) on the outside of the dress, leaving the material damaged and altering the look. They have refused to refund me at least the cost of the cleaning. Although offered to clean the dress on a second occasion for free which I have obviously declined. I am now left with an expensive designer wedding dress that has been permanently damaged and will likely be costly to get professionally repaired. If they were incompetent to repair the dress honesty would have been appreciated and them offering the cost of the professional repair would have been acceptable.
