Had a private scan on my baby number 2. I've never had a private scan before and this was an amazing experience. The staff from the minute you arrive were just so nice. They explained everything what was going to happen and how it would all work not just for my but for my additional guests. You can have 3 in a room with you for scan and then 5 in a private viewing room which just made the experience out of this world. If I had known about this company before I would have done it on my first. The price was very reasonable especially for what you get and the staff in scanning room were professional, kind and calming making you feel at ease. Overall a fantastic experience and can't rate them enough.

All round pleasant experience. Professional yet friendly. Went for an early reassure scam; Used before and would use again (although don't intend on a third child...!)

Attended for the first time and First Encounters did not disappoint. We booked in for a Gender scan, From the moment we walked in they made us feel so special and also welcomed our 18 month old! Having him there made it even more special for me and my partner. The team were absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience so special which I will never forget, we are definitely going to book back in for a 4D scan with grandparents too so they can view the scan from the viewing room (another added touch that the team have thought about!) Once youve had the scan we were given two photos of our baby boy, and then sent an email to the cloud to access further photos and to my surprise there was even videos!! Made me feel super emotional as I can keep these videos to show him when hes older! Thank you so so so much for a lovely experience and we cannot wait to come back!
