X Factor Properties

Rented this dive for about 2 years. The room was warm and had enough furniture, I cant complain about that. The landlady was a money grabber. I paid rent on a property I wasnt staying at to look after my sick grandmother at her own home. I went back after a few weeks to find a stranger in my room without being told. I was still paying for that room. I left the house and because I was tied in a contract they wouldnt let me leave so I had to continue to pay rent. When I didnt they kept my belongings (against the law I know). What a horrible, horrible place to live. Avails like the plague. There is a reason they have 1 star. Her name is Andrea Farr. Shes manipulative, horrible, vindictive woman and Im sure by all her lovely reviews she cant argue that. This place needs to be closed down because its an absolute shambles!

Called this agency just to enquire about a property I was interested in. Spoke to a lady I believe was in charge, she was nothing but incredibly rude to me tried to fob me off with false information. Then when I provided the information she then didn't even have the decency to answer the phone. I have dealt with a lot of agencies in the past but none have ever been as rude as this lady. Definitely not a surprise they have one star. So if you want an agent with good customer service and manners I would not recommend X factor properties. Horrible place.

i stayed at one of there HMO all they care about is getting rent money out me i had to leave in the end due to reason they put violent ex convicts and drug addicts in that HMO after they had completely destroyed the HMO and let homeless people stay there they did not even care about evicting any of these people in fact they just let the house rot in the end i left after i did they was threating me with a section 21 notice

The letting agent are extremely difficult to get hold of when problems arise, also they advertise that all their properties have WiFi, this is untrue!
