I had an issue with the alarm fob so I rang Sonic alarms offices they diagnosed the fault and adviced me how to resolve the problem in a friendly manner so resolve this quickly I visited the offices a great experience friendly and professional staff made me feel like a valued customer. What a fantastic company, excellent service Matt went over and beyond what I expected who was very polite and extremely helpful, very clean and tidy no mess what so ever to Elana in the office with her help and support and advice was invaluable, thank you so much to all the staff I now feel safe and secure in my home definitely the right company to go with.
