Graham Griffiths are a knowledgeable and highly professional estate agency and property surveyors. They understood my requirements and budget and suggested I see a house in an area I had thought was not for me. The house was spot on; the area has proved to be a great place to live, and I am so pleased I listened to them. They handled me (an enthusiast) and my relationship with the vendors so well. They liaised with my solicitor well. The sale went through smoothly. Couldn't say more really. I'd use them again in a flash.
