Only a little shop but wow what a shop, made even better by the amazing staff we popped in for a light came home with 2 new additions to the family. Staff are all lovely, but Fay was amazing so helpful and informative cant wait to go back.

In response to Mikes one star amiture review I assume you were the chap who Fay refused to sell to because your setup wasnt right on May 1st? I was in the shop - denim jacket, walking stick? I was surprised by your outburst, these guys are nothing but professional. I know you would have been disappointed not to take home a new pet, losing face in front of family(?) Id advise you take down/change your review, eat some humble pie, apologise Things look different when you calm down a bit. For what its worth, the way Fay treated you actually encouraged me, I went on to buy the Royal Python you looked at earlier in the day - so if anything, thank you for bringing him to me attention and helping to prove the professional attitude displayed at Reptile Cymru. I hope you listen, if not and you just say - f-off, so be it But at least I tried goddamit, at least I did that much Thanks again to Ben, Meg and Fay - Im looking forward to starting my snake-venture with you guys

Being new to owning spiders I wanted to purchase them and get the right care and information going forward. Also my partners nephew who lives with us got his cornsnake we were asked what we were getting if we had a set up etc. We weren't insulted if anything we were then instructed the right setup so everything was perfect and he's thriving

Not just your standard 'pet shop' These guys care about animals, not just making a sale. They ask the right questions before rehoming any animal & also give amazing support & knowledge
