Item recieved promptly. Test completed early morning and results and certificate recieved within 15 minutes of opening. Excellent service

Absolutely shocking service. Interested in the money, not the customer!. Sent two tests in day early due to mail strikes. We emailed to say this also. They then send a certificate fit to fly at 28 minutes to midnight making the test invalid 117 down the drain. Customer service is appalling when they do reply and it's the same person on every email address (Toni) asked for complaints was told to contact normal email. Jokers. Check their Facebook reviews 1.9 stars says it all. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID!! We purchased 2 day 2 PCR tests, to not get given a booking reference, meaning we could not fill out our passenger locator form to return back to the uk! Tried to contact via email, phone, text and even online chat and nothing at all, 3 weeks later we have still not heard anything back, hence why I am writing this! We then had to pay another 100 to purchase more tests from a different provider just to get home!! Avoid at all costs

This company are a disgrace we nearly got stuck in Krakow because they didnt send us our reference numbers. We called numerous times,sent emails,asked for call back all to be ignored.We found ourself nearly stuck in another country.I cant believe this company is making money off people through the misfortune of a pandemic. Shame on you My Health Checked !!!!! Dont waste your money with this company!!
