Avoid. 1. You will be charged excessively when you leave your office. They are charging us 467 for painting a tiny office, plus everyone gets charged 187 when they leave for restoration. 2. The lift has been broken on a regular basis over the last two years which was a major problem and inconvenience for us as we had boxes of PPE to take upstairs regularly. 3. Significant cost for a tiny office with no windows. 4. Charge for parking on top of that, and there isnt always parking available. 5. The meeting room which could be booked (only on the day, so you never know if it will be available making planning difficult) was tiny and had no windows. Friendly reception staff but thats about it. We are relieved to have moved on.

I signed up to Regus Cardiff gate September last year for their "month to month" co-working space. When it came to signing my contract, it was quickly switched and was rushed into signing a 6 month contract (which wasn't clearly visible when signing or even pointed out to me). After I signed the contract I received a welcome email stating I had just signed up for a month to month service and "welcome". After the couple of months, I realised Regus wasn't for me and decided to cancel my contract. Each month I would pay high deposits, high car parking fees and the service wasn't all that great. It was here they realised the mistake and just have ignored it stating "you signed it, your problem now". The whole experience has been a let down from start to finish. The offices are nice but not worth it. There are much better options around now (like Tramshed Tech in Newport), and would urge people not to waste their money here.
