Amazing experience when purchasing my travel money. Ordered over the phone with Sophie. Sophie then kindly gave me a ring when the currency got delivered to the store. When I went to collect my travel money the service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Sophie

I went in to see holiday options and has superb customer service from Gaby. She was so paitent, good attention to detail, friendly and wanted to help. Although I didn't book with Tui on this occasion, I will in the future based on my interaction with her. Store was clean and lovely.

Booked a last minute holiday for my family with tui! It was an amazing service offered by Charleigh straight forward and felt super relaxed because she helped us from the very beginning to the end! Cant wait to book again with her Im sure it will be soon. 10/10 services offered at Tui Cardiff Queen street!
