Kwik Fit - Cardiff - Cowbridge Road

I had my reservations about using Kwik Fit because of some reviews I'd read online but the Canton branch had a few positive ones and I was desperate to get my mot done quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful and was happy with the work carried out. It was a relief that I wasn't charged for, potentially, unnecessary work. I'd use the Canton branch again if my usual garage is booked up.

Communication was poor dropping off car. I was told the job would be approximately 1 hour. Got back an hour and 5 mins later, was told it wouldnt be much longer. 40 mins later young chap came into reception area and went to the desk with my keys. He didnt speak at all. I queried the length of time Id had to wait and was told that an hour was only an estimate. Then the manager came in and dropped the mechanic in it saying hed done the job wrong and had to redo it. I would not of minded the delay if there had been an acknowledgement of the inconvience it caused me. There was no apology from either the manager or subordinate. Unprofessional

Took my Ford Mondeo for its mot. Had great service . My car passed . Car will need a few jobs done to it and will definitely use kwik fit canton Cardiff to work on my car.
