Cardiff Laundrette

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Dreadful place, I took a new quilt to be washed and dried as my grandson had an accident on the quilt. Done the wash and the quilt came out quite wet so I imagine the spin was only 1000rpm . No spinner otherwise I would have used it. I took the quilt out and placed it in the basket then to the dryer. Note I paid 10 for a 27min wash. Totally overpriced!! When the quilt was dried me and my husband folded the quilt where I noticed all little black oil marks on the quilt. I queried this with the assistant and told her the quilt was only a few weeks old. I told her that the machine had leaked oil onto the quilt. She advised me that the machine was serviced every week and I must have dropped the quilt on the floor which I did not! I wasnt going to argue with the girl. But her attitude was very poor and needless to say I will not be returning . They have lots of signs in this laundrette that they dont accept responsibility this should give you a warning sign of their customer service. I also noted she was eating a roll type bun and she still had it in her hand when serving customers and handling clean clothes. This has to be the worst place I have ever visited. This laundrette is over priced and the customer service is very poor. I will also be putting this comment on the local hub.

Small launderette, but fast washers and dryers. Reasonable prices too. I'll definitely come back again. Even when my washer-dryer is fixed. Staff there are very nice and helpful.

Cardiff Laundrette services have been a lifesaver! Caring for a disabled person is difficult enough without dealing with piles of laundry. Cardiff laundrette have been consistent, reliable with an excellent approach towards their customers I definitely recommend them!

Very modern machines and pleasant, helpful owners. Man recommended Joes Cafe for breakfast and said to take my time as he would transfer clothes to dryer. Very nice laundromat ((And Joes was good as well.)
