I placed an order on 15th May hoping it will arrive by the end of the week or the 23rd at the latest. They did not process my order with their courier until the 20th by which time it was too late for me. Their excuse was they were busy. Why take new orders if you can't fulfil existing ones? On 23rd May I demanded the order to be cancelled and a full refund to be processed. They said that was fine but I would need to pay for the return postage once the courier delivers it. They could have contacted their courier to cancel the delivery but I guess that would be too much work and they wouldn't then have time take new orders. Buy from them if you are happy to wait for over a week to receive your order.

Edited my post and changed my review, thank you so much to Rochelle who has helped me with my order issue, she was amazing and was very apologetic for the problems, but she was brilliant with helping me out with replacing my order, thank you so much, I really appreciate it, the sweets taste AMAZING! Would 100% recommend , very well presented and package could not fault the company, thank you again rochelle

Lovely gift idea but ruined by poor packaging, no attention to presentation and appalling customer service. Would not recommend and will not use again.

Ordered a calender, after acouple of days placing the order, they got back to me to say it was out of stock? So picked another one? Said that day it would be dispatched, 4 days after they only took it to a parcelshop? Its now been 10 days and still no item? I did ask them to upgrade the delivery to next day as a goodwill gesture, but said I had to pay the difference? I thought I would buy local, wish I never bothered now, it even cost more than other places, but thought I'd give it a go, I will stay away in future? To your email you just sent me? I wasn't told of the 5 day turn around, why did you say you was taking it to a parcelshop on the 23rd when on the tracking, it said it was dropped off on the 27th November? Its been 10 days? It took you 4 days to get back to me regarding the non item of the calender I originally ordered? Please if your going to reply, please tell the truth?, I have messaged you on messenger and emailed you over the weekend? So please don't say I haven't got back to you regarding correspondences? If you wanna check Facebook messenger you will see my message? If it comes to it, I will put all the correspondences on this review, so it doesn't look like I haven't been replying to your correspondences? If you would rather wanna chat on the phone about this I will be happy to do so? Hi could you please chase this order up please? Its now day 11 since I ordered calender?
