    Order shipped very late after I placed the order so it didnt arrive in time for Christmas and latterly, after extensive communication it was delivered to an address that was inappropriate due to holiday plans so was not delivered properly and I never received the package and the promised refund was never received

    I am going to give 0 stars for the reasons following: Ordered on the 24th of January, no E-Mails, no customer service, there was no communication from my E-Mails plus the online chat, telephone call refers you to write an E-Mail where nobody picks up the phone. My opinion, from my experience, you get what you pay for. BEWARE OF SELLERS NON-COMMUNICATION! SELLER DON'T COME BACK WITH FALSE SYMPATHIES. Just a refund will do. JUST FOUND OUT THE SO-CALLED SHOP IS NO LONGER AND NO REFUND. DO NOT BUY OR YOU WILL LOES YOUR MONIEY. CROOKS!!!!!

    Ordered a training collar on the 5th of January (2-4 days delivery)its now the 6th of February and still nothing. Its supposedly at the delivery company but I requested an update and they recommended I ask for a refund or a replacement!

    What a waste of time. Have waited over 12 days now. 2 emails sent to customer services politely asking where my order is and like others have said have had no reply. Have sent a third email today asking them to cancel my order. An absolute disgrace. Just hope we get a refund.
