It was very easy to deal with the agency and the application process was quick. I was looking for a flat for nearly 2 months and when I have registered with Peter Alan it took them 3 days to have me settled at my place that I am renting now. Very much appreciated and pleasure to do business with.

Very good letting agency, the most competent and friendly one we've encountered. Chloe and Rhianydd have been particularly friendly and helpful. Haven't had any issues with deposit so far but we're confident everything will go well.

I believe that looking for a place to rent is one of the most painful, tiring and time-consuming processes, especially these days when things in the rental market have changed so much. When my landlord announced that I would have to find another flat to live in as my home of many years would be turned into an Airbnb, I was devastated. I am working in a full time position of responsibility, in my final year of part time academic studies and with no one to help with viewings...How would I cope? For several weeks I checked rental apartment websites every hour of the day. I used to send e-mails to real estate agencies that I almost never heard back from. Being frustrated, friends advised me to visit real estate agencies in person. From the first two I went to, the response was that there was nothing they could do for me - it was all on their website which I would have to keep checking. They didn't ask for my details, they didn't register me, they didn't care what I was looking for. With others, I was lucky enough to book a viewing. In one case, the agent came late and without keys to the flat we were going to see!..On another occasion, the real estate agent said I was not fitting in their rental criteria even though I had repeatedly asked him to explain the process to me before we even booked the viewing. The answer he had given me initially was: 'We'll see along the way'. In each case I sacrificed time from my work which I later had to make up by working late. I was sacrificing money for my commute and living with a constant anxiety in which I saw no allies. That Monday when I saw my dream home on Peter Alan's website I couldn't believe it was possible to get lucky! I called the phone number right away and spoke to Chloe. Chloe informed me that in order to book a viewing she would first need to register me in Peter Alan's system. The process was very short and as soon as there was information about the day and time of the viewing, Chloe would inform me. Within less than 5 minutes I received a call from Chloe with the day and time of our meeting! This was confirmed by both SMS and phone call on the day of the viewing, which for me was the epitome of a true professional. Chloe had already explained to me the process of selecting prospective tenants so I knew I had a chance to get lucky this time and that I fit their rental criteria. On the day of the viewing she came on time, she had the keys to the flat, we were not late at all and I had enough time to see all the areas and to be sure if this house was what I was looking for. At the end of the viewing, Chloe explained to me all the next steps should I be selected as well as any fees/money I would have to pay. A few hours later, in the afternoon of the same day, I received a phone call informing me that I had been selected to move into my dream home! The viewing took place on Wednesday and on Friday morning, all the necessary checks had already been completed and Chloe informed me that everything was now in place for me to move the date when the apartment would be available. It was the best news I could have wished for! I can't thank Peter Alan and Chloe enough! They were exactly as I would have wished. From the beginning I felt like I had an ally in one of the most important and difficult decisions of my life. I felt that I was respected as a person and as an employee, I was given the attention I was hoping for, and I never for one moment felt like I wasted time and money on something that wasn't worth it. As I count down the days until I move into the wonderful place I can call 'my new home', I would highly recommend Peter Alan to anyone who is or will be in a similar position to mine!
