The Ferris Bros did a fantastic job replacing the heater blower on my Vauxhall Corsa. Andrew was friendly, communicative and transparent throughout. I called them up and they diagnosed my car on the same day and provided me with a quote for the works. Their quote was accurate and there were no hidden surprises which was a massive relief. They had to order in a part for me and they talked me through exactly what needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the part was not immediately available but they endeavoured to go above and beyond to speed up the process. Once the part arrived they fitted it immediately and the car was ready to pick up the same morning. Its clear that these guys are very passionate about what they do, and that they do a very thorough job and dont try and cut corners. Im confident that I couldnt have got a better service anywhere else. They even checked my tyre pressures and oil out of courtesy. Would highly recommend.
