Put simply, Rich was incredible throughout the whole rebrand and the redesign of our website. He reflected exactly what we were looking for and was the easiest to work with. Went out of his way to make adjustments in super quick time and is such a talented and creative person and it was great value as well. Thanks for everything Rich. We would thoroughly recommend you use Ctrl Alt Design, no wonder he's won awards.

Rich was recommended to us at RSPB Cymru when I was looking for someone who could design a website to host our 4 day online 'Green Recovery Wales Festival'. It was a complicated event with numerous sessions, presenters, links and partners, it all needed to be bilingual. On top of that, this all happened during the chaos of the first covid lockdown - but Rich managed the job no problem. He constantly suggested useful solutions, came up with a beautiful and user friendly design which reflected the event perfectly, replied to emails quickly and dealt with regular changes and updates with no fuss. The event was a great success and we couldn't have done it without him. More recently he has completed some other design work for us which has been equally impressive and on both occasions his fee has been very reasonable. RPSB Cymru would definitely recommend him!

After trying to figure out, by myself, how to resolve a series of frustrating events with my website, I had the pleasure to meet, online, and work with Ms. Kayla Immel, Ctrl Alt Design. She literally became my "fairy godmother" and helped me transition my website to a next level. I am so happy with the final results. Not only the new refreshed look of the website reflects the personality of my business but also the new logo and sub-logo were carefully designed to meet my expectations. She has a sweet personality and is dedicated to what she proposes to do. I highly recommend her services.
