Very good shopping experience. The mini bas choker I wanted was sold out and when I spoke to Grace, she immediately agreed to stock it for me. Grace was very nice and efficient. Great!

The staff are so rude and unprofessional in my opinion, came in to buy a pair of earrings but the guy serving me didnt care about what he was doing and how he was serving me whilst other members off staff was laughing to themselves in the background. No professionalism at all in this place only reason this gets 2 stars is because I got my earrings Also another thing that bothered me is the way you looked down at me, have some respect for your customers Wish I bought the earrings online now

My husband & I make a point of coming here every time were in Cardiff. Yesterday we were served by Ben who is absolutely outstanding and brilliant at his job. Id had a horrendous day trying to find some new clothes & felt really fed up, however we were met by Ben who looked fabulous and couldnt have done more for us. I found some trousers but my size wasnt on display, but he found some in my size, recommended accessories to go with them; the whole experience was effortless & it was like wed known him for years. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. Vivienne Westwood, never let Ben go, he is an absolute credit to your store and youre lucky to have him!

The shop itself is beautiful. The clothes are stunning and I always find something I love. I have been buying Vivienne Westwood for years and have recently moved to the area in the last year so this has become my 'local'. The service in this store lets it down hugely, to the point I'm a bit put off the brand and have left without buying goods because why would you spend hundreds/thousands if the sales assistant doesn't interact? I go in when I can every few weeks to see what is new in stock. I am simply ignored most of the time. I have only ever been interacted with once, even then it definitely felt forced and a bit awkward. It's almost feels offensive and is very uncomfortable. Even when I'm wearing VW clothing/jewellery in the store no one approaches me. I went in today to purchase some items I had chosen prior to coming in, no one spoke to me. The staff tend to bunch together and have a conversation or lots of people fuss over 1 person they know that has come in. I put all the items I was hoping to buy back and left. I don't think I will be going back to this particular store. After giving it the benefit of the doubt 5+ times it's definitely not just a one off.
