Had my 2013 320i serviced, the car is new to me so it was great to get their professional opinion on it's condition. Thorough inspection of the car with images and notes provided on it's condition in a health check report. Friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely be using this garage from now on. Thank you.

Took our Newly acquired BMW X5 to these guys who phoned and told me exactly what the job entailed and broke down the cost of the job , upon free health check they also contacted me with video and proof of a few minor problems. They never pressured me into having the extra jobs done but I wanted them doing. George and Co are very professional and so easy to talk to and help with any concerns you might have. I cannot rate them any higher, and will definitely use them again . Thanks Lads for everything

Excellent garage been here a few times to service my BMW, Phil and his team are very helpful and knowledgeable on all BMWs and mini , and offered me a lift to the bay and back, prices are reasonable much cheaper than main dealer, and you get a full video check on your car, will definitely be using SWSS in the future, its nice to find a good honest garage, great job to everyone at SWSS,

Excellent, had the air suspension repaired on my X5. Customer service very similar in whats offered but to a higher standard than a BMW dealership with things like a video health check sent by email/text and valet service on completion of the work. They have all the BMW equipment and are very reasonably priced. Workshop is immaculate. Staff really good and Phil was very helpful. Will definitely return.
