        I just moved recently to Cardiff to join the BBC NOW and I am extremely happy I found Cardiff Violins. I had insurance valuations made, big repairs to my violins, purchased a lovely Nurnberger violin bow from them and most recently I had a good bow rehair done by Alecio and it just great. Everyone is really friendly at the shop and you will always get honest advice from them. Thanks Ccile, Jo, Alecio, Mark and everyone else there.

        Wonderful shop with such helpful staff. My wife wanted a viola bow and spent two half days trying out about 20 different bows within our price range. Lots of help and advice was given (including places to visit next time and local eateries), and I was allowed to try out some violin bows on their violins as I am in the market for a new one soon. Will also leave one other violin with them in due course to improve the sound; I have high hopes! The trial room had about 60 violas on the wall, giving some idea of their range. Cannot recommend them too highly!
