        Nick Tatham, our agent, was very positive and proactive in everything he did. Nick also communicated very clearly and regularly so we knew what was happening. Nick organised for Creative Agency to go into our property and complete images for a virtual tour which helped us with advertising the property. This got us multiple viewings and I would highly recommend using this agency as it supported us to find the right tenants. Overall we couldnt be happier with our choice of going with Nick and Bay City Living!

        Very Good, forget mainstream estate/letting agents and use thse guys instead. A more personal aprroach is taken, that you don't get from other agents.
