We called in to have our phone repaired as still under warranty, it was quick and prompt and a lady called Paige went over and above to give us the best customer service!! A friendly face and really made our experience 10/10! Thank you Paige!

Delightful staff very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Sorted my problem out no fuss or bother and it was only a new SIM card for my husbands phone not an expensive new phone etc.thank you it was a pleasure dealing with you.

I placed my order I was promised to receive my new phone within the 28 days limit. Which unfortunately did not happen. As I had to wait longer than 28 days and that has already put me disappointed I finally received a text message from EE ,stating your equipment has been received in our warehouse and your upgrade has been reversed. Upon this I went into the shop last week Monday 16th Jan at 16:35 in Queen st, Cardiff to collect my new phone. As I arrived at the shop, I approached a mem which I received from EE, And seeking help and advice. Unfortunately, that was not the case as the staff seemed unpleasant and was not helpful at all. He kept asking for the reference number, which I have already explained that I dont have the receipt on me, and I asked politely if there is any other way he could help me by looking up my details on the system, I was more than happy to provide an ID to prove identity. but the staff member started to become very rude towards me which made me very uncomfortable and anxious. He kept laughing at everything I said which made me feel more anxious, and he also shouted at me at one point which made me feel intimidated and disrespected. I found his behaviour was quite frankly racist and unprofessional. As I was leaving the shop he continued laughing at me and saying Thank you with an attitude. I reported the whole experience to the seiner staff but I dont think she took any further action as they seemed to encourage this behaviour to be happening
