This is the worst bank we can go to..I went there 7 times just to confirm my identity and confirm my residential address..Very bad employees every time they ask for different papers and refuse for different reasons.. I brought them all the papers they ask for every time but they refuse to complete opening the account and every time for a different excuse.. Thank God that these problems have occurred now where they can be bypassed.. How would I have done if I opened the account and had a problem transferring money or losing the card, what were they going to do to me!!!!? I am tired of all of them.. Finally the employee told me The housing contract that I brought her is not real!!! And the real estate companys adress is incorrect.. I asked to connect her with the real estate companys employee to talk to her and she refused!! I don't know why they refused me every time.. I would never advise anyone to deal with them..
