Appalling company. They took my money but cancelled the booking BY EMAIL the day before we were moving - fortunately I happened to check our emails so we found out. Checking emails whilst finishing packing up the house was the last thing on my wife's mind. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell us by phone call. They said the money came through too late the night before - we had an email at 3.00 the previous day to say money must be paid by 5.00 that day, but I was in a meeting til 6.00 so went straight home and transferred the money. They promised a refund but a year on and countless attempts to phone them and we still haven't had anything. Shocking.

Great service by the boys today. Couldnt have asked for a better bunch of boys... moved from London to Swansea without any hitches. Highly recommended x

excellent service from the first enquiry to final delivery of our goods. packing and transport was very efficient and unloading at our new house was carried out in a very professional manner. Thanks and well done to the whole team.

Excellent service from start to finish, with a very competitive quote. Our move was booked for early December just as 6 inches of snow landed and I contracted a very nasty virus. Alliance came up with a plan to cope with the weather, using smaller vans and moving us over two days, with the team spending the first couple of hours of day one clearing snow and ice from the lane leading to our old house. Despite the weather and me being ill we managed to complete the move without any further problems, which was mainly down to the hard work of the Alliance team who are a really nice bunch of lads, very friendly, polite and helpful!
