I can't recommend Hern & Crabtree highly enough! My wife and I really did our research when choosing an estate agent to sell our property, and having looked at various others, it was clear from the start that Hern & Carbtree were the most professional and took the best photographs. Having successfully sold our property at the first open house, I can add a number of additional superlatives to that list; personable, reliable, communicative and hard-working. We couldn't be happier with the service we recieved.

Tom and Ben at Hern & Crabtree handled the sale of our house in Canton. They were always quick to respond, very polite and incredibly efficient from the start of the process right through to the end. I would definitely use them again should we ever need to move another time!

Really positive experience of using Hern & Crabtree to let our apartment in Cardiff. Great advice throughout. Proactive and personable team. Excellent communication. Rapid response to questions and queries. Happy tenants. Our place was put on the market at 6pm one day and was let by 3pm the next day on more than one occasion. Have already recommended to friends and colleagues.

We have used Hern & Crabtree for many years to find and vet tenants although we manage the properties ourselves. They have always been efficient and friendly and helpful if any advice is requested about any of our properties. We would and have recommended them
