Peter Alan cant get any ratings other than 5 stars, the house I got from them is superb and the letting process went smoothly and hassle free. Liam is the staff we were connected to and his customer service delivery is excellent. I hope they will still help me through the mortgage process in the future.

Really poor from the buyer's perspective. Called about a property the moment it hit the market. Sales team busy, was promised a callback. No callback for several hours. Called them again and was told they didn't have the key to the property but would call me back when they did. After 24 hours, having heard nothing, I called again and was booked in for a viewing three days later. On the morning of the viewing, I got a voicemail to say my viewing had to be rearranged. I called back a matter of minutes later and was told the property had been sold. Really poor communication, mixed messaging and casual attitude. When I sell my property, I'll know who not to use.
