        Went into Cardiff on Sunday-yesterday-went to this store-door was locked-this was approx 3.30pm-rang the buzzer-was let in without any form of greeting-no acknowledgement at all-another couple were also in the shop-asked if they had a particular polo shirt in my size-no-was the answer, i think they were looking to close and go, even though they were meant to be open-not a good experience.

        It is so refreshing to enter this establishment and to be greeted by Russell who has extreme talent in his profession and an eye to kit me out in the best but not necessarily the most expensive choice from an array of clothing One of the best thank you

        Moronic staff that prejudged me as I walked in. Was happy to buy two or three shirts but was told they only sell Eton and theyre very expensive. They then exclaimed that James Bond wore Eton shirts - first Ive heard, I thought he only wore British. I was only there to look at the Eton shirts but I guess I should have dressed for the occasion and presented my bank statement to try and gain a better welcome.
