        We used Global for a bathroom refurbishment on the recommendation of my bathroom contractor, and could not be more pleased at the service we received from Emma and Dave, thank you. They were so patient as we enquired about different options and, over a few visits, helped us decide on our perfect bathroom. Prices seemed very competitive, they delivered when promised, and worked with our contractor re any queries. We were so pleased with the result that, as soon as the bathroom was finished, we then ordered from then again to refurbish our ensuite to match. We highly recommend Global Tiles for their friendly and professional personal service!

        *Great products, very poor after-sales service* Main bathroom products delivered for complete upgrade Jan 2021; two additional toilet panels requested by early March 2021; Took 14 months and 9 attempts by Global Tiles before the required items were provided; Bathroom has remained unfinished for those 14 months, plus now we have to wait a further number of months until installer becomes available; Attempts failed in the form of several repeated occurrences of incorrect sizing, plus repeated promises made of items to be received, dates passed, no contact from Global Tiles, repeatedly had to chase them up; Bathroom products are of amazing quality, very pleased - 5 stars for those; the 14 months of stress and repeated disappointments have left a bad taste in the mouth that we would like to have avoided; Have to downgrade the rating to 2 stars because of the After-sales experience
