        Had to return a blouse I'd bought previous day. No problem with exchanging it. Wasn't too busy either considering EWM is situated in another business.

        Plenty of stock in store to choose from. Managed to pick up a bargain on the sale rail. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are closed at the moment because of covid 19 but I know my size so not a problem. There is a one way system in store to keep everyone safe. Free parking and disabled access.
