What else can I give other than 5* The meatballs to die for

extremely poor accessibility for those using provided wheelchairs for customers, and others too: the wheelchair loan desk was not clearly marked or easy to find, and was not available or accessible right from parking lot level entrance. the wheelchair I was given was extremely squeaky, making it extremely unpleasant for me, the person with me, and those around us to use and be around. and one outer wheel ring extremely loose and wobbly. there are no available motorised chairs, which especially considering how the stores are purposely designed to make you go around the whole store to get to the end, is very much not okay. issues for those who haven't been before: there were not enough arrows on floor marking the way to go; no clear markings for where to get tray stacking carrying trolleys in the cafe; no clear markings for wheelchair height accessible table seating in cafe/restaurant; no consistent signage for wheelchair users throughout store apart from toilets which is not enough - to have stuff for our toilets but nothing else makes it even worse. there is also no data signal in store or clearly marked customer wifi. there was also a glitchy 'people and the planet' screen - which is an accessibility issue n hazard for photosensitive people. my support worker and I were also addressed as ladies (im trans, basic LGBTQ+ awareness training is needed for staff). the lack of signage also increases inaccessibility for those who are not english first language/those who may struggle or not be able to get all the information they need from talking to staff. thankfully customer service staff in store including the manager were all extremely helpful and friendly, apart from the misgendering issue.

This used to be my favourite IKEA but sadly not anymore. I absolutely love meatballs but todays meatballs were not very nice, I think they changed their recipe sadly and the chips were horrible. Every seat and booth I looked for were dirty or the seats on the booths were broken. The lady smashed something by accident when I was walking past I then asked if she could go and wipe the table by the window so we could look outside as it was a nice day. The table was so dirty I had to press down hard on the cloth but still didnt work. The funny part is that when I explained to the lady could you clean the seat by the window she passed me the wipe as if I worked there the first table I saw looked like it had lipstick on too (pictured below ) the caf workers are more interested in cleaning the plates instead of the tables. Nice view of Cardiff though. I really like IKEAS maze but you should have a one way all the way to the tills. People were going the wrong way, very busy with a lot of people (I think its because its a bank holiday) Really nice furniture if you moving houses though
