The receptionist on the phone was very rude. Made me feel like a nuisance to her. I feel like that phone conversation could have gone a lot better with more understanding and kindness. Im an adolescent and Im not aware of how every procedure works. I felt scared to ask a question, I just wanted the phone conversation to end as quickly as possible. Time of call: 4:50pm

Absolutely dreadful. They can't get a prescription right or deliver to a pharmacy. They are rude on the phone and try to dismiss you.

My wife spoke to a male receptionist about her fit note. He was obnoxious and rude. Her first time using the app and she asked a couple of questions and he acted like she should know the process already "What do you mean what happens next?" being one example of his responses. I think that question is pretty self explanatory. I appreciate things are busy but perhaps taking into consideration that you're speaking to some very ill people who are worried about things might not go amiss. I'm pretty appalled in all honesty. Perhaps retraining this gentleman on how to deal with patients might be in order because his attitude is not giving this practice a good name.

Shocking, wait times are appalling, when I eventually did get an appointment, I asked the GP if I could discuss another concern I had and he said it depended on how long or would take. I understand the pressure that GPs are under but I rarely attend and this comment will certainly prevent me from trying to speak to a GP.
